Welcome to Immersive Lux Events (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). These Terms form a legal contract between you and Immersive Lux Events, a registered business in Nassau, Bahamas. If you disagree with these Terms, you should not proceed with registration or participation in our event.
These Terms govern your participation in our event. Purchases made through our website, and interactions with our content, including but not limited to registration, online payments, and related activities.
1. Event Registration & Participation
By registering for an event hosted, planned, or Managed. by Immersive Lux Events, you agree to the following terms of participation:
Eligibility
- You must be 18 or older to participate in or purchase an event or request a proposal for an event.
- You must have a confirmed registration to attend the event.
- Your registration entitles you to attend the event only.
- Not included in your Ticket purchase/s cost are Travel, Accommodation, and Dinner Meals.
We offer two main event packages:
- General Admission Package Includes:
i. All event access passes and workshop
ii. Breakfast, and lunch meals for the duration of the event.
- VIP Package: Includes:
i. Access to all event passes and workshop
ii. A personal event concierge
iii. Private airport transfers
iv. Preferred snacks
v. A closed-session meeting.
Prices for these packages are detailed on our website and charged in USD.
2.Payments and Refunds
Payment Policy
All payments for event registration or related services must be made through our secure payment gateway. We accept the following card types:
Refund Policy
Immersive Lux Events has the following refund policy:
- Full Refund: If you cancel 3 days after purchase you will receive a full refund, minus a 20% processing fee.
- No Refund: Cancellations after 4 days of purchase.
All refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of the cancellation request. Refunds can only be initiated through our virtual terminal. To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at:

Transfers and Event Changes
If you are unable to attend the event, you may transfer your registration to another individual by providing written notice to Immersive Lux Events at least 10 days before the event. If the event is sold out, we will offer your registration to individuals on the waitlist.
If Immersive Lux Events cancels or postpones the event due to unforeseen circumstances, your registration will be credited toward a future event within one (1) year of the original event. Credits can only be transferred one (1) time and must be used for the next event after the original.
3.Termination
Immersive Lux Events is committed to creating a safe and inclusive environment for all attendees. We reserve the right to terminate, withdraw, or deny access to an event at any time and at our sole discretion without notice, pursuant to our Code of Conduct.
4.Photography and Recording
By attending the event, you acknowledge that photos and videos may be taken during event sessions and activities. Immersive Lux Events reserves the right to use images and recordings of any event participant for promotional and marketing materials. By attending, you waive any rights to approval, royalties, or other compensation related to the use of your likeness in such materials.
5.Code of Conduct
Your participation in the event is subject to our Code of Conduct, which is designed to create a safe, inclusive, and harassment-free experience for everyone. By registering for the event, you agree to abide by the terms of the Code of Conduct.
6. Warranties and Limitation of Liability
Immersive Lux Events strives to provide a positive and rewarding event experience but makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the outcomes of your participation in the event.
- We disclaim all implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, timeliness, and merchantability. We do not accept responsibility for reliance on any information or materials provided during the event.
- Immersive Lux Events and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, or for any lost profits, arising from your attendance at the event or from any materials provided.
- In no event shall Immersive Lux Events’ maximum liability exceed the registration fees paid by you to attend the event.
- We are not responsible for the actions or conduct of other participants at the event.
- Event details, including speakers and schedules, are subject to change without notice.
7. Indemnification
By participating in the event, you agree to indemnify and hold Immersive Lux Events, its officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, and affiliates harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, expenses, and judgments, including legal fees, arising from your participation in the event.
8. Changes to the Terms
Immersive Lux Events reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. It is your responsibility to review the Terms regularly to stay informed of any updates.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes or claims arising from your participation in an event are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nassau, Bahamas.
